| Hmmm....there are so many to choose from!!
I'd say my favorite movie would be Grave of the Fireflies, since it was just so tragic..
as for series...that is difficult. I watch Naruto all the time, but there is always something that ticks me off so I wouldn't say it's a favorite. FLCL is totally awesome. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is just amazing! And then So Long Mr. Despair is cool too. So those would be my top three.
FLCL- I like it because it's short, random, confusing, funny and packed full of some sort of action and who doesn't love guitar-wielding aliens?
Melancholy- Completely random and confusing! The episodes are not in order and nothing makes since except the fact that it is funny, full of "wtf?!"'s and ect.
Mr. Despair- Ok, this one is for all those people who have ever been depressed. It is very funny in the "omg!!!" sort of way. The series is centered around suicide, wanting to live and the freaks we all are. Pretty interesting and damn funny!

Ya i agree with ya, and about Melancholy... Ive seen a lot of that series and its the order is messed up because the beginning is about a gas leak that ended up killing every1 exept the main character, then it ends up starting even further back in the story after learning about the leak. This series, being EXTREMELY gorey and dimented, is a must see, but not for those with weak stomachs for those who may be considering watching this series. |

| OMG...how to pick.
Honestly, I think my all time favorite has to be Fullmetal Alchemist. It has this really deep and unsuspected story line, and it's surprisingly historically accurate.
I don't get a lot of time to watch animes, but if I watch it for more than 3 episodes, generally I like it. Bleach, Air Gear, .Hack//ROOTS and Sign, and Avatar...lol

Its historically accurate?? I didn't know that, But i definately agree with you FMA is an awesome anime with a great plot and amazing twists and turns. Great anime =) |

| the top of my list (and i know that i'm going to get bashed for this) Eureka7. if you start it from the begining and watch it all the way through it's actually pretty good.
the next few would have to be FMA, Bleach, Death note, Gungrave, and samurai champloo.
my favorite anime style shows are Samurai jack and avatar

Honestly, I don't mind Eureka 7, but I got so lost after missing a few episodes, and I started to detest a few of the characters, so I pretty much gave that up.
